Property Search – Client Requirement: 2/3-Bed Apartment, London

An overseas client is looking for an apartment for his family to use whilst visiting the UK, as hotels are constantly busy and a London home would be an investment over time. The requirement was to purchase near the park with good transport links.

We found a new build off-market apartment within a 3-min walk from Regent’s Park and a 2-min walk from both the underground station and main bus routes to Regent Street and Oxford Street.

The apartment is a new build with high-specification bathrooms and kitchens with a small balcony, Lift, impressive entrance with 24h porterage and secure underground parking space.

The market value of the apartment with a parking space as advertised by the developer was £1,435,000 with the parking space.

We secured an off-market opportunity in the same block with a parking space for £1,250,000, which represented a saving of around 12.5%

We have since continued to manage the same apartment for our client showing our commitment.
