Management of 3 luxury adjoining private homes in Mayfair
Total combined value of the assets in the region of £60 million GBP.
All three properties were later sold, two of which remained in management for the new owners, and the third underwent major refurbishment works carried out by the new owner. All properties were grade II listed.
Works included:
- Payment of bills
- Looking after and addressing enquiries from the owners and staff alike
