History

Degree in Computer Science, initially a computer programmer producing training applications for major high street banks before moving on to testing major server components with international clients from MOD, BT and other major brands and companies. Before moving into the property field, I also worked as a test manager for the large American firm ADP, working on a back-office trading system used at the time by companies such as SocGen, Merrill Lynch, and Barclays Financial Markets, to name a few, and moved into property management and development for high net worth and ultra-high net worth overseas clients on behalf of a London-based property consultancy company. During this time, managing the entire property management department in charge of a portfolio of properties with a valuation in excess of £100 million GBP and had sole responsibility for the property development department.
